毫火针赞刺联合围刺治疗股外侧皮神经炎案1例

Repeated Shallow Milli-fire Needling Combined with Local Peripherl Acupuncture in the Treatment of Lateral Femoral Cutaneous Neuritis for One Case

股外侧皮神经炎,又称感觉异常性股痛,是皮神经炎中较为常见的一种类型,临床诊断容易被忽视或误诊。该案患者即因大腿外侧疼痛伴肌肉萎缩,诊断为股骨头坏死、腰椎间盘突出症,辗转多处治疗,营养神经及止痛治疗效果欠佳,期望中医诊疗。笔者辨证运用“火郁发之”“治风先治血”的诊疗思路,以毫火针赞刺联合围刺法泻热祛瘀,活血通络,疗效显著。现对该案进行分析,以期为临床提供借鉴。

Lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis,also known as paresthesia femoral pain,is a more common type of cutaneous neuritis.However,this disease is easy to be ignored or misdiagnosed in clinical diagnosis.The patient in this case was diagnosed as femoral head necrosis and lumbar disc herniation due to lateral thigh pain accompanied by muscle atrophy.The patient was diagnosed and treated in many places,and the effect was not good after management of nerve nourishing and pain relieving treatment.The traditional Chinese medicine method was taken as the last hope.It is effective to expelling heat and removing blood stasis,promoting blood circulation and regulating collaterals.This case was analyzed in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
