近20年中医药治疗经前期综合征文献可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Literature on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Premenstrual Syndrome in Recent Two Decades

目的基于CiteSpace可视化分析近20年中医药治疗经前期综合征(PMS)研究现状。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)的相关文献,将其导入CiteSpace 6.1.R3软件并绘制相关图谱并进行分析。结果共纳入文献528篇,发文量最高的作者为张惠云(70篇),该领域核心作者有13位(发文量≥6.27)。主要的研究机构为山东中医药大学,发文量最多(175篇)。共现分析得关键词共计739个,关键词突现可得25个突现词,其中“针刺”“肝郁气滞型”等至2022年仍有较高的热度。结论近20年中医药治疗PMS领域已形成稳定的核心作者群,主要围绕PMS的病证、病机及治疗方法进行研究。

Objective To analyze the current status of research on traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of premenstrual syndrome in the past 20 years based on CiteSpace visualization.Methods Relevant literature from China Knowledge Resources Database(CNKI),Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),and Chinese Academic Journal Database(Wanfang Data)were retrieved and imported into CiteSpace 6.1.R3 software and related maps were drawn and analyzed.Results A total of 528 publications were included,and the author with the highest number of publications was Zhang Huiyun(70 publications),and there were 13 core authors in this field(with publications≥6.27).The main research institution was Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,with the highest number of publications(175 publications).A total of 739 keywords were analyzed,and 25 keywords were found,among which“acupuncture”and“hepatic depression and qi stagnation”will still have a high degree of popularity in 2022.Conclusion A stable core group of authors has been formed in the field of traditional Chinese medicine for PMS in the past two decades,mainly focusing on the evidence,pathogenesis and treatment of PMS.
