金匮温经汤药材不同炮制方法抗炎作用研究

Study on the Anti⁃inflammatory Effects of Different Processing Methods of Jingui Wenjing Decoction Medicinal Herbs

目的 观察金匮温经汤不同炮制品炮制前后抗炎作用的影响。方法 采用小鼠耳肿胀法,检测给药后小鼠耳肿胀率;采用蛋清致大鼠足爪肿胀法,检测给药后大鼠足肿胀率情况。结果 与空白对照组比较,原方组、全方炮制组、君药炮制品组、臣药炮制品组均能明显抑制小鼠耳肿胀,全方炮制组、君药炮制品组、臣药炮制品组抑制小鼠耳肿胀的疗效明显低于原方组(P<0.05)。与空白对照组比照,原方组、全方炮制组、君药炮制品组、臣药炮制品组均能明显降低大鼠足肿胀,且原方组效果明显优于全方炮制组效果(P<0.05);其他炮制组效果与原方组差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 金匮温经汤中药品炮制后能有效抑制小鼠耳肿胀及大鼠足肿胀。

Objective To observe the anti⁃inflammatory effects of different processed products of Jingui Wenjing decoction before and after processing.Methods Used the mouse ear swelling method to detect the ear swelling rate and swelling inhibition rate,the method of egg white induced paw swelling in rats was used to detect the rate of paw swelling in rats after administration.Results Compared with the blank control group,the original formula group,the whole formula processing group,the Junyao processed product group,and the Chenyao processed product group all significantly inhibited mouse ear swelling.Compared with the original formula group,the therapeutic effects of the whole formula processing group,Junyao processed product group,and Chenyao processed product group on inhibiting mouse ear swelling were significantly lower than the original formula group,with the inhibition rate of the original formula group reaching 29.21%.Compared with the blank control group,the original formula group,the whole formula processing group,the Junyao processed product group,and the Chenyao processed product group all significantly reduced rat foot swelling.Compared with the original formula group,the original formula group had a significantly better effect than the whole formula processing group.There was no significant difference in the effect between the other processing groups and the original formula group.Conclusion The processed drugs in Jingui Wenjing decoction can effectively inhibit ear swelling in mice and foot swelling in rats.
