五行音乐之徵音对冠心病患者PCI术后焦虑抑郁的影响

The Influence of Five Elements on the Anxiety and Depression after PCI Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的 探讨中医五行音乐之徵音对冠心病PCI术后患者焦虑、抑郁的临床效果。方法 将60例冠心病PCI术后患者按区组随机法分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组给予常规护理方案,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用五行音乐之徵音,2组均观察4周。观察2组患者干预前后医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评分、心脏病运动恐惧量表的变化及对比2组护理满意度。结果 治疗后,2组患者医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评分、心脏病运动恐惧量表评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中医五行音乐之徵音可以改善冠心病患者PCI术后焦虑、抑郁和心脏病运动恐惧的情绪,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of five elements of traditional Chinese medicine on the anxiety and depression after PCI patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Sixty patients with coronary heart disease after PCI were randomly divided into observation group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases.The control group was given routine nursing program,and the observation group was given five elements of music in addition to the control group.Both groups were observed for four weeks.The changes of hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)score and exercise fear scale of heart disease before and after intervention were observed,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the scores of hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)and exercise fear Scale of heart disease in two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The five elements of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the emotions of anxiety,depression and heart disease in patients with coronary heart disease,and improve the satisfaction of patients’care.
