化痰祛瘀法联合神经康复技术治疗痰瘀互阻型脑梗死临床观察

Dissolving Phlegm and Blood Stasis Method Combined with Neurological Rehabilitation in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction of Mutual Obstruction of Phlegm and Blood Stasis Type

目的观察中药化痰祛瘀法联合神经康复技术治疗痰瘀互阻型脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法将84例脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和试验组各42例(各脱落2例),对照组给予基础治疗和神经康复技术,试验组在对照组基础上予中药化痰祛瘀法治疗,比较2组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、肢体运动功能评分(Fugl-Meyer)和日常生活能力评分(Barthel指数)。结果治疗前,2组NIHSS、Fugl-Meyer、Barthel指数评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组均有所改善,且试验组NIHSS、Fugl-Meyer及Barthel指数评分改善程度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药化痰祛瘀法联合神经康复技术治疗痰瘀互阻型脑梗死患者有效,能积极促进脑梗死患者康复,在神经功能恢复、肢体运动功能、日常生活活动能力方面均能得到良好改善,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of dissolving phlegm and activating blood stasis method combined with neurological rehabilitation in cerebral infarction of mutual obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis type.Methods 84 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 42 cases in each group(2 cases dropped out).The control group was given basic treatment and neurorehabilitation technology,and the experimental group was given dissolving phlegm and activating blood stasis method on the basis of the control group.Neurological impairment score(NIHSS),limb motor function score(Fugl⁃Meyer)and daily living ability score(Barthel index)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NIHSS,Fugl⁃Meyer and Barthel index scores between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups were improved,and the improvement of NIHSS,Fugl⁃Meyer and Barthel index scores in experimental group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The dissolving phlegm and activating blood stasis method combined with neurological rehabilitation in cerebral infarction of mutual obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis type is effective,can actively promote the rehabilitation of cerebral infarction patients,which is mainly manifested in well improving the recovery of nerve function,limb motor function and the ability of daily living activities.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.
