芪参益气滴丸联合无创通气治疗COPD合并CPHD临床观察

Qisheng Yiqi Dropping Pill Combined with Noninvasive Ventilation in Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease Complicated with Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

目的探讨芪参益气滴丸联合无创通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)合并慢性肺源性心脏病(Chronic pulmonary heart disease,CPHD)的疗效。方法选取2020年1月—2022年6月在常德市第一中医医院肺病科住院的COPD合并CPHD病患者80例,根据随机数字表法分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,2组均予抗感染、解痉平喘、无创正压通气治疗、小剂量利尿、强心、扩血管等常规西医治疗。治疗组另予芪参益气滴丸口服,对比治疗前后2组疗效,血液流变学指标、治疗效果。结果治疗后,治疗组患者的血液流变学指标改善更多,治疗效果更好,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪参益气滴丸联合无创通气疗法不仅可以缓解患者的临床症状,提高西医疗效,且无不良反应,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Qishen Yiqi dropping pill combined with noninvasive ventilation in chronic pulmonary heart disease(COPD)complicated with chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with COPD complicated with chronic pulmonary heart disease who were hospitalized in Changde First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to random number table method.Treatment group and control group were treated with anti⁃infection,antispasmodic and asthmatic⁃relieving,non⁃invasive positive pressure ventilation,small dose diuresis,cardiac strength,vasodilation and other conventional Western medicine treatment.The treatment group was also given Qishen Yiqi dropping pill orally.The therapeutic effect,hemorheology index and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the hemorheology indexes of patients in the treatment group were improved more,and the treatment effect was better,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Qishen Yiqi dropping pills combined with non⁃invasive ventilation therapy can not only relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the efficacy of Western medicine,but also have no adverse reactions,which is worth using in clinical practice.
