揿针疗法对呼吸衰竭机械通气患者镇静镇痛的影响

Effect of Thumbtack Needle Embedding on Sedation and Analgesia in Patients with Respiratory Failure and Mechanical Ventilation

目的观察呼吸衰竭患者机械通气过程中揿针疗法的应用效果。方法选取2021年12月—2022年12月在潍坊市中医院进行机械通气治疗的60例呼吸衰竭患者随机分为参照组(30例)、揿针组(30例),其中参照组进行常规的镇静治疗,揿针组在常规镇静治疗同时加入揿针疗法。观察2组镇静镇痛效果。结果治疗后,2组生命体征、动脉血气显著改善,且揿针组较参照组更优(P<0.05)。揿针组镇静达标时间、停药苏醒时间、住院时间较参照组更短,视觉模拟疾痛量表(VAS)评分较参照组更低(P<0.05)。揿针组镇静优良率高于参照组(P<0.05)。揿针组不良反应率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论机械通气过程中,为呼吸衰竭患者进行镇静治疗同时加用揿针,有利于患者快速康复,值得借鉴。

Objective To observe and explore the application effect of thumbtack needle embedding therapy in patients with respiratory failure during mechanical ventilation.Methods From December 2021 to December 2022,60 patients with respiratory failure who were treated with mechanical ventilation in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group of 30 cases and the thumbtack needle embedding group of 30 cases.The control group was treated with conventional sedation,while the thumbtack needle embedding group was treated with conventional sedation and thumbtack needle embedding therapy.The sedative and analgesic effects of the two groups were observed.Results The vital signs and arterial blood gas of the control group and the thumbtack needle embedding group were significantly improved after treatment,and the thumbtack needle embedding group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The time of sedation reaching the standard,the time of drug withdrawal and recovery,and the time of hospitalization in the thumbtack needle embedding group were shorter than those in the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of sedation in the thumbtack needle embedding group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the thumbtack needle embedding group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of mechanical ventilation,sedation treatment for patients with respiratory failure and thumbtack needle embedding are beneficial to the rapid recovery of patients,which is worthy of reference.
