雷火灸与穴位按摩联合西药治疗小儿急性鼻窦炎肺气虚寒证临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Acute Nasosinusitis of Children with Lung⁃Qi Deficiency and Cold Syndrome by Thunder Fire Moxibustion and Point Massage Combined with Western Medicine

目的探讨雷火灸与穴位按摩联合西药治疗小儿急性鼻窦炎肺气虚寒证效果。方法选取2021年12月—2022年10月收治80例急性鼻窦炎患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组行常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给与雷火灸与穴位按摩治疗,对比2组患儿治疗有效率、各项症状积分变化、不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后流涕、鼻塞、喷嚏症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿恶心、嗜睡、呕吐等不良反应发病率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸与穴位按摩联合西药治疗儿童急性鼻窦炎肺气虚寒证作用显著,可有效改善患儿病症,减少不良反应,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the effect of thunder⁃fire moxibustion and acupoint massage combined with Western medicine in the treatment of acute sinusitis in children with lung qi deficiency and cold syndrome.Methods 80 children with acute sinusitis from December 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine conservatively according to the condition of the children.The observation group was treated with thunder⁃fire moxibustion and acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The effective rate,the changes of symptom scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group effective rate was higher than the control group,and there had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of runny nose,nasal congestion and sneezing in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea,drowsiness and vomiting in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder fire moxibustion and acupoint massage combined with Western medicine have a significant effect on the treatment of children with acute sinusitis of lung qi deficiency and cold syndrome,improve the symptoms of children and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
