滞动针联合隔姜灸与丛针毛刺治疗顽固性面瘫临床观察

Stuck⁃moving Needling Combined with Ginger⁃separated Moxibustion and Cluster Needle Burr in the Treatment of Intractable Facial Paralysis

目的观察滞动针联合隔姜灸与丛针毛刺治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效。方法将60例顽固性面瘫患者随机分为滞动针组和电针组,每组30例。滞动针组透刺入针后使用滞动针手法治疗,电针组透刺入针后使用电针治疗。2组取穴相同,均配合隔姜灸与丛针毛刺为基础治疗。结果滞动针组有效率及痊愈率均高于电针组;2组均可提高多伦多面神经评定系统(Sunnybrook)评分,滞动针组对Sunnybrook评分的提高明显优于电针组(P<0.05);6个月后随访,且滞动针组后遗症发生率明显低于电针组(P<0.05)。结论滞动针组治疗顽固性面瘫疗效显著,后遗症发生率低,明显优于电针组。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of stuck⁃moving needling combined with ginger⁃separated moxibustion and cluster needle burr in treating intractable facial paralysis.Methods 60 cases with intractable facial paralysis were randomly divided into stuck⁃moving needling group and electroacupuncture group,with 30 cases in each group.They were treated by stuck⁃moving needling and electroacupuncture correspondingly after penetrating the needle.Both groups selected the same acupoints and received ginger⁃separated moxibustion and cluster needle burr as the basic treatment.Results The effective rate and recovery rate of stuck⁃moving needling group were higher than those of electroacupuncture group.Sunnybrook score could be improved in both groups,and the Sunnybrook score in stuck⁃moving needling group was significantly better than that in electroacupuncture group(P<0.05).After 6 months follow⁃up,the incidence of sequelae in stuck⁃moving needling group was significantly lower than that in electroacupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of stuck⁃moving needling group on intractable facial paralysis is significant,the incidence of sequelae is lower,which was significantly better than that of electroacupuncture group.
