五常法联合情志护理对房颤患者负性情绪与依从性的影响

Influence of Five Routine Combined with Emotional Nursing Model on Negative Emotions and Compliance of Patients with Atrial Fibrillation

目的分析五常法护理联合中医情志护理对房颤患者负性情绪与依从性的影响。方法选取江西省人民医院2021年1月—2022年12月收治的房颤患者100例作为研究对象,以抽签法分为对照组50例和研究组50例。观察2组患者的负性情绪、依从性以及自护能力改变情况。结果干预后3个月,研究组负性情绪评分低于对照组,研究组依从性高于对照组,研究组自护能力评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对房颤患者实施五常法护理联合中医情志护理,能够有效缓解患者的负性情绪,提高患者的依从性及自护能力,适宜在临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the influence of the five routine nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing model on negative emotions and compliance in patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods 100 patients with atrial fibrillation admitted to Jiangxi Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as observation subjects.The observation subjects were divided into a control group of 50 cases and a study group of 50 cases using a lottery method.The changes in negative emotions,compliance,and self⁃care abilities of the two groups of patients were observed.Results The negative emotional score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the self⁃care ability score of the study group was higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of five routine nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing model for patients with atrial fibrillation can effectively alleviate their negative emotions,improve their compliance and self⁃care ability,so it is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
