情志护理在住院患者中的应用

The Application Effect Nursing on Hospitalized Patients

目的探究中医情志护理在住院患者中的应用效果。方法选择大连市中医医院脑病科符合纳入标准的住院患者共118例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组59例。2组患者均采用一般护理方法,观察组在一般护理的基础上加以中医情志护理。应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)分别在2组患者入院第1天、第7天进行评分,采用院内施行的护理满意度调查表分别在2组患者入院第7天进行评分。结果对比2组患者的SAS评分、护理满意度评分,发现观察组明显优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医情志护理在住院患者中的应用效果显著,可有效改善住院患者的焦虑状况,并提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)emotional nursing in hospitalized patients.Methods A total of 118 hospitalized patients who met the inclusion criteria in department of encephalopathy of Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 59 patients in each group.Both groups of patients were treated with general nursing methods,the observation group received TCM emotional nursing on the basis of general nursing.The self rating anxiety scale(SAS)was used to score patients in both groups on the first and seventh days of admission,and the Nursing Satisfaction Questionnaire implemented in the hospital was used to score patients in both groups on the seventh day of admission.Results Comparing the SAS scores and nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups of patients,it was found that the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM emotional nursing in hospitalized patients has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the anxiety status of hospitalized patients and the nursing satisfaction rate.
