短时程脊髓电刺激联合臭氧疗法对神经病理性疼痛患者机械痛阈值、炎症因子的影响

Effect of Temporary Spinal Cord Stimulation Combined with Ozone Injection on Mechanical Pain Thresholds and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Neuropathic Pain

摘要 目的:探究短时程脊髓电刺激(t SCS)联合臭氧治疗对神经病理性疼痛(NP)患者机械痛阈值、疼痛程度以及炎症因子的影响。方法:选取2021年2月至2023年1月河南省安阳市灯塔医院收治的NP患者90例,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各45例。对照组给予t SCS治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合臭氧治疗。比较两组临床疗效、机械痛阈值、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为82.22%,高于对照组的62.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组机械痛阈值均显著升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组VAS评分、TNF-α、IL-6水平均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:t SCS联合臭氧能有效治疗NP,提升患者的机械痛阈值,缓解患者疼痛,并降低血清炎症因子水平。 Objective:To explore the effect of temporary spinal cord stimulation(tSCS)combined with ozone treatment on mechanical pain thresholds,pain degree,and inflammatory factors in patients with neuropathic pain(NP).Methods:90 NP patients in our hospital from February 2021 to January 2023 were enrolled,and they were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,each with 45 cases.Control group received tSCS,based on this,study group received ozone treatment.The clinical efficacy,mechanical pain threshold,pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)],tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall effective rate was 82.22%in study group,which was higher than 62.22%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Mechanical pain threshold was significantly increased in both groups after treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).VAS score,TNF-αand IL-6 levels in both groups were significantly decreased after treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:tSCS combined with ozone can effectively treat NP,improve patients'mechanical pain threshold,relieve patients'pain,and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors.
