针灸推拿联合塞来昔布对颈肩肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者颈椎功能的影响

摘要 目的:探讨针灸推拿联合塞来昔布治疗颈肩肌筋膜疼痛综合征(MPS)的效果以及对颈椎功能的影响。方法:选择2021年1月至2023年1月就诊于河南省郑州市颈肩腰腿痛医院的90例颈肩MPS患者,按随机对照原则分为对照组(接受塞来昔布治疗)45例、研究组(接受针灸推拿联合塞来昔布治疗)45例,共治疗1个月。对比两组临床疗效、疼痛情况、颈椎功能、颈椎关节活动度、不良事件发生率。结果:研究组治疗1个月后临床总有效率比对照组更高(P<0.05);研究组治疗1个月后采用Northwick Park颈痛量表(NPQ)评分、颈椎残障指数(NDI)评分均比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组治疗1个月后颈椎前屈后仰、左右侧屈、左右旋转颈椎关节活动度(CROM)评分均比对照组高(P<0.05);研究组治疗期间不良事件发生率与对照组相当(6.67%vs 2.22%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针灸推拿联合塞来昔布治疗颈肩MPS,能有效缓解颈肩疼痛,改善颈椎关节活动度及颈椎功能,提升临床疗效,且不良事件发生率无明显增加,可保证治疗的安全性及有效性。
