基于文献计量学的肝性脑病中医药研究的知识图谱可视化分析

Knowledge Graph Visualization Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research on Hepatic Encephalopathy Based on Bibliometrics

目的分析国内64年来肝性脑病中医药研究的现状及热点趋势。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wanfang Data)、维普(VIP)和中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)1959年1月-2023年2月期间关于肝性脑病中医药研究相关学术论文。采用VOS viewer 1.6.18软件制作作者、研究机构、关键词共现分析图谱;采用CiteSpace 6.1.R2软件对关键词进行分析并绘制关键词聚类图、关键词突现图、关键词时间线图。结果64年来肝性脑病中医药研究相关文献年发文量呈波动上升趋势,形成了以广西中医药大学及其第一附属医院为代表的核心研究团队。关键词分析显示国内在HE的诊断、病因病机、治疗手段、具体用药、疗效5个方面开展了大量研究。结论近年来国内关于肝性脑病中医药研究热度上升,形成了两个较大且稳定的研究团队;研究主要内容为疾病分型与中医辨证分型、发病机制、方药、治疗方式、疗效标准;该领域本阶段热点研究方向为肠道菌群、辨证论治、病机,热点前沿为数据挖掘、肠-肝轴、利福昔明、新清开方。

Objective To analyze the current status and hot trends of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)research on hepatic encephalopathy in China in the past 64 years.Method The academic papers related to TCM research on hepatic encephalopathy from January 1959 to February 2023 were searched in CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and SinoMed.VOSviewer 1.6.18 software was used to create the analysis graph of the co-occurrence of authors,research institutions and keywords.CiteSpace 6.1.R2 software was used to analyze the keywords and draw the keyword cluster diagram,keyword emergence diagram and keyword timeline diagram.Results In the past 64 years,the annual publication volume of literature related to TCM research on hepatic encephalopathy has shown a fluctuating upward trend.This has led to the formation of core research teams,represented by Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine and its First Affiliated Hospital.Keyword analysis shows that the a large number of domestic studies on hepatic encephalopathy has covered five areas:diagnosis,etiology and pathogenesis,treatment methods,specific medication,as well as therapeutic efficacy.Conclusion In recent years,there is a rising trend in the research interest on TCM for hepatic encephalopathy in China,leading to the formation of two large and stable research teams.The main contents of the research include disease classification and TCM syndrome differentiation,pathogenesis,prescription,treatment methods,and efficacy standard.The current hot research topics in this field involve the intestinal flora,treatment based on syndrome differentiation,and pathogenesis;the hot frontiers are data mining,the gut-liver axis,rifaximin,and New Qing prescriptions.
