From Servitization to Digital Servitization: Research on Servitization Transformation of Manufacturing Industry

摘要 目的 制造业服务化研究跨经济、管理、服务科学等多个学科领域,梳理制造业服务化研究的现状,进行定量化探究,整理制造业服务化研究的脉络及发展趋势,完善服务化理论研究体系,并为制造企业服务化转型提供指导。方法 检索制造业服务化的研究成果,筛选后提取关键词,运用数量化Ⅲ类和聚类分析方法对其进行统计量化分析。结果 制造业服务化现有研究主要聚焦服务化的内涵和模式、服务化的效应、服务化影响因素及挑战、多元参与者的服务生态系统、技术赋能的数字服务化等五个方面。结论 服务网络与生态系统视角的利益相关者角度研究;组织架构、企业文化等转型的影响因素及挑战与服务化水平的关系研究;数字技术如何影响制造业服务化转型与所产生的效应研究等将是下一步服务化研究的重点。 The research on servitization of manufacturing industry covers multiple disciplines such as economy, management and service science. The work aims to sort out the current situation of the research on servitization of manu- facturing industry, carry out the quantitative exploration, clarify the context and development trend of the research on servitization of manufacturing industry, improve the theoretical research system of servitization, and provide guidance for the servitization transformation of manufacturing enterprises. The research results of servitization of manufacturing in- dustry were retrieved, the key words were extracted after screened out, and the statistical quantitative analysis was carried out by quantitative Class III and cluster analysis methods. The existing research on servitization in the manufacturing in- dustry mainly focused on five aspects: the connotation and mode of servitization, the performance of servitization, the in- fluencing factors and challenges of servitization, the service ecosystem of multiple participants, and the digital servitiza- tion empowered by technology. The research on stakeholders from the perspective of service network and ecosystem, the research on the relationship between the influencing factors and challenges of transformation such as organizational structure and corporate culture and the level of servitization, and the research on how digital technology affects the ser- vitization transformation of the manufacturing industry and the resulting effects will be the focus of the next step of ser- vitization research.
