0.15%噻呋酰胺颗粒剂防治小麦纹枯病田间效果试验

摘要 小麦纹枯病是一种土传病害,防治难度较大,在我国黄淮海麦区有逐年加重发生的趋势。本文以目前常用药剂作为对照药剂,小麦播种量为150 kg/hm^(2),研究了0.15%噻呋酰胺颗粒剂(载体中氮-磷-钾为18-12-10)作底肥撒施对小麦纹枯病的田间防效。结果表明,与25 g/L咯菌腈悬浮种衣剂300 mL/hm^(2)、60 g/L戊唑醇悬浮种衣剂225 mL/hm^(2)进行种子处理相比,0.15%噻呋酰胺颗粒剂525 kg/hm^(2)作底肥撒施,在病株防效、病指防效和增产率方面效果相当,均优于3%苯醚甲环唑悬浮种衣剂750 mL/hm^(2)进行种子处理。说明0.15%噻呋酰胺颗粒剂作底肥撒施能有效防治小麦纹枯病,在大田生产中有广阔的应用前景。 As a soil-borne disease,wheat sharp eyespot is difficult to control,and the incidence tends to worsen year by year in the Huang-Huai-Hai wheat area of China.Using commonly used pesticides as control agents and wheat sowing rate of 150 kg/hm^(2),this paper studied the field control effect of 0.15%thiofuramide GR(with nitrogen,phospho-rus and potassium contents of 18-12-10 in the carrier)as base fertilizer application against wheat sharp eyespot.The results showed that compared with seed treatments with 25 g/L fludioxonil FS 300 mL/hm^(2) or 60 g/L tebuconazole FS 225 mL/hm^(2),the treatment of 0.15% thiofuramide GR 525 kg/hm^(2) as base fertilizer application had similar effects in terms of plant disease control efficiency,disease index control efficiency and yield increase rate,all of which were better than those of seed treatment with 3%difenoconazole FS 750 mL/hm^(2).It indicated that 0.15%thiafuramide granules as base fertilizer application could effectively prevent and control wheat sharp eyespot,and had broad application prospects in field production.
