不同光照条件下外施营养液和激素对万圣节法师叶色变化的影响

Effects of Applying Nutrient Solution and Hormone on the Leaf Color Changes of Aeonium aeonium′Halloween′Under Different Light Conditions

摘要 为了研究光照及外施营养液、激素对万圣节法师叶色变化的影响,以万圣节法师一年生茎插苗为材料,以25 mg/L茉莉酸甲酯、3‰磷酸二氢钾、1‰钙镁硼混合液为处理液叶面喷施2次(间隔3 d),设CK(清水对照)、处理LS(叶面喷施后直接补光培养)、处理DS(叶面喷施后先暗培养1周再补光培养)3个处理开展试验。结果表明,在亮度(L)方面,随着时间的延长,3个处理的L值均呈现升—降—升的变化趋势,其中第2周L值达到最高,第3周后L值逐渐下降,第6周L值又急剧升高。在红绿饱和度(a)方面,第2~4周处理LS和处理DS的a值均显著高于CK,第5周后效果明显下降;光照对a值有显著影响,处理DS遮光1周后a值明显下降,复光后又急剧升高。在黄蓝饱和度(b)方面,随时间延长,CK的b值变化幅度较小,处理LS和处理DS的b值波动较大。在色彩饱和度(C)方面,随着时间的延长,处理DS的C值显著增加,第1~3周CK和处理LS的C值变化均不显著,第3周后3个处理间无显著差异。随着时间的延长,各处理花青素含量均呈现先升高再降低的变化趋势,其中第2~3周花青素含量较高,第4周后花青素含量逐渐下降。相关性分析表明,花青素含量与a值、C值成极显著正相关,花青素含量是万圣节法师叶片呈色的关键因素。 In this study,in order to clarify the effects of light,external nutrition and hormones on the leaf color changes of Aeonium aeonium'Halloween',the 1-year-old stem cuttings of Aeonium aeonium'Halloween'were used as materials,and a mixture of 25 mg/L methyl jasmonic acid,3‰potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 1‰calcium magnesium boron was sprayed twice(with an interval of 3 days)on the leaf surface.The experiment was conducted by setting up three treatments:CK(spraying clean water on the leaf surface),LS(after spraying on the leaf surface,the plants were directly cultured under supplementary light conditions)and DS(after spraying on the leaf surface,the plants were cultured in dark for one week before conducting supplementary light cultivation).The results showed that in terms of lightness(L),with the extension of time,the L values of all three treatments showed an upward-downward-upward trend.Among them,the L value reached its highest point in the 2nd week,gradually decreased after the 3rd week,and sharply increased again in the 6th week.In terms of red green saturation(a),the a value of both LS and DS treatments were significantly higher than those of CK in the 2nd to 4th weeks,and the effect significantly decreased after the 5th week.Light had significant effect on the a value.After one week of shading in DS treatment,the a value significantly decreased,and then sharply increased after regaining light.In terms of yellow blue saturation(b),the change in the b value of CK was relatively small with the extension of time,while the b values of LS and DS treatments fluctuated greatly.In terms of color saturation(C),with the extension of time,the C value of DS treatment significantly increased.The C value changes of CK and LS treatment in the 1st to 3rd weeks were not significant,and there was no significant difference between the three treatments after the 3rd week.With the extension of time,the anthocyanin content of each treatment showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The anthocyanin content was higher in the 2nd to 3rd weeks,and gradually decreased after the 4th week.Correlation analysis showed that anthocyanin content had highly significantly positively correlated with a value and C value,and anthocyanin content was a key factor in the color presentation of Aeonium aeonium'Halloween'.
