摘要
通过水槽试验法,观察了菊黄东方鲀的游泳行为,测量了其爆发游速和临界游速,同时比较了鱼体过氧化氢酶、溶菌酶、超氧化物歧化酶等的活性变化,分析了游泳对菊黄东方鲀免疫力的影响。结果表明:体长18.1~19.8 cm的菊黄东方鲀的临界游速为23.0-62.0 cm/s,体长18.3~20.6 cm的菊黄东方鲀的爆发游速为58.5~78.2 cm/s;与对照组相比,爆发游速试验组菊黄东方鲀血清中过氧化氢酶、溶菌酶、超氧化物歧化酶的活性均显著高于对照组,临界游速试验组菊黄东方鲀溶菌酶活性显著高于对照组,其超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶的活性与对照组差异不显著。研究表明,急性应激反应对过氧化氢酶、溶菌酶、超氧化物歧化酶的活性影响较大。
The swimming behavior of Takifugu flavidus was observed through a water tank experiment,and its burst velocity and critical velocity were measured.At the same time,the activity changes of catalase,lysozyme and superoxide dismutase in the fish body were compared,and the effect of swimming on the immune system of Takifugu flavidus was analyzed.The results showed that critical velocity of Takifugu flavidus with body length 18.1-19.8 cm was 23.0-62.0 cm/s;burst velocity of Takifugu flavidus with body length 18.3-20.6 cm was 58.5-78.2 cm/s.Compared with the control group,the activities of catalase,lysozyme and superoxide dismutase in the serum of the experimental group with burst velocity were significantly higher than those of the control group;the activity of the lysozyme in the serum of the experimental group with critical velocity was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the activities of superoxide dismutase and catalase were not significantly different from those of the control group.The research revealed that acute stress response had a greater effect on the activities of catalase,lysozyme and superoxide dismutase.
