运用基元构建化妆品包装设计的产品族模型与设计流程

摘要 本研究旨在解决企业长期面临的问题,如高成本、长周期和创新不足,尤其是在客制化设计方面。为达成这一目标,采用创新的产品族建模方法和配置设计流程,引入基元理论应用于产品族设计和系统流程开发。通过研究需求域、功能域、技术域和结构域之间的映射关系,构建了四个关联模型。这些模型构成了产品族建模的机理和方法,形成了产品族设计的结构化和模块化配置设计过程。采用基元原理的产品族建模方法拓宽了产品族配置设计研究领域,并为企业在大规模定制生产模式下提升包装设计效率提供了有价值的模型方法参考。 The article aims to solve the long-term design problems faced by enterprises,such as high cost,long lead time and lack of innovation,especially in customized packaging design.The study applies the basic-element principle to construct an innovative product family modeling method and configuration design process using basic-element as the logical language for product family design and system process development.The article investigates the mapping relationships among requirement domain,function domain,technology domain and structure domain,and constructs four associated models:requirement model,function model,technology model and structure model.These models constitute the mechanism and method of product family modeling,forming the structured and modular configuration design process of product family design.The product family modeling method using the basic-element principle broadens the logic model of the original product family configuration design,which can provide an improved method and model reference for enterprises to enhance the efficiency and innovation of packaging design under the mass customization production mode.
