摘要
在公路运输过程中,包装件主要遭受的是随机振动。要获得包装件的随机振动响应,目前有两种方法,一是试验采集,二是仿真计算。本文基于Matlab软件的Simulink仿真模块建立路面不平度模型与车辆振动模型,生成车厢底板的振动响应,并将该响应作为包装件振动模型的激励,可以快速获取包装件的时域响应和其功率谱密度。上述方法适用于复杂非线性包装件模型,不仅可以为科研工作者提供参考,同样可以给运输包装课程学习提供帮助。
During road transportation,the packaging is mainly subjected to random vibration.There are currently two methods to obtain the random vibration response of packaging.One is experimental collection;The second is to obtain simulation calculation methods.This article is based on the Simulink module of Matlab to establish a road roughness model and a vehicle vibration model,generate the vibration response of the carriage floor,and use this response as an excitation for the packaging vibration model,which can quickly obtain the time domain response and power spectral density of the packaging.The above methods are applicable to complex nonlinear packaging models,which can not only provide reference for scientific researchers,but also provide assistance for the study of the course Transportation Packaging.
