This paper analyzes the key points of research,development,design,and manufacturing of automated mechanical equipment.Firstly,in terms of system architecture,the overall equipment structure and components were planned.Secondly,in terms of control algorithms,appropriate control strategies and algorithms were selected based on the functional requirements and control objectives of the equipment.Once again,in terms of human-machine interface,intuitive,clear,and easy to understand icons,graphics,and animations were used to convey information such as equipment operation status,parameter adjustments,and fault prompts.Finally,necessary response measures have been provided in terms of equipment safety and reliability to prevent potential accidents and injuries.The results indicate that through reasonable design and consideration,efficient operation,optimized control,ease of operation,and safety assurance of mechanical equipment can be achieved.
