摘要 本文分析了自动化机械设备的研发设计及制造要点。首先,在系统架构方面,规划了整体设备的结构和组成部件;其次,在控制算法方面,根据设备的功能需求和控制目标,选择了合适的控制策略和算法;再次,在人机界面方面,使用了直观、清晰和易于理解的图标与图形和动画等,以传达设备的运行状态、参数调整和故障提示等信息;最后,在设备的安全性和可靠性方面,提供了必要的应对措施,以防止可能的事故和伤害。结果表明,通过合理的设计和考虑,可以实现机械设备的高效运行、优化控制、易操作性和安全保障。 This paper analyzes the key points of research,development,design,and manufacturing of automated mechanical equipment.Firstly,in terms of system architecture,the overall equipment structure and components were planned.Secondly,in terms of control algorithms,appropriate control strategies and algorithms were selected based on the functional requirements and control objectives of the equipment.Once again,in terms of human-machine interface,intuitive,clear,and easy to understand icons,graphics,and animations were used to convey information such as equipment operation status,parameter adjustments,and fault prompts.Finally,necessary response measures have been provided in terms of equipment safety and reliability to prevent potential accidents and injuries.The results indicate that through reasonable design and consideration,efficient operation,optimized control,ease of operation,and safety assurance of mechanical equipment can be achieved.
