摘要
深入实施城市更新战略,要坚持以人为本的发展理念,健身步道作为城市公共空间的重要形式,其环境舒适性对提升居民生活品质具有重要意义,有必要开展系统性研究。本文以天津市典型健身步道为研究对象,采用环境实测和问卷调查相结合的方法,掌握了健身步道冬季热环境特性及各要素对热舒适的影响程度;分析了不同活动强度对物理参数偏好的影响;得到了活动代谢量与TSV呈显著正相关,与TCV呈显著负相关;建立了健身步道冬季热舒适评价模型,得出人体热中性温度为12.6℃,热舒适温度区间为7.2~18.5℃;探究了4种典型运动状态下,热感觉与环境参数关联较强的是空气温度和风速,并提出改善措施,希望能为城市健身步道的高品质建设提供有益参考。
This paper took a typical fitness trail in Tianjin as the research object,and adopted a combination of environmental actual measurement and questionnaire survey to understand the winter thermal environment characteristics of fitness trails and the level of influence of each element on thermal comfort.It then analyzed the influence of different activity intensities on the preference of physical parameters,and found a significant positive correlation between activity metabolic volume and TSV and a significant negative correlation with TCV.A winter thermal comfort evaluation model for fitness trail was established,and concluded that the thermal neutral temperature of human body is 12.6℃,and the thermal comfort temperature range is 7.2~18.5℃.The four typical exercise states were explored,and the stronger correlation between thermal sensation and environmental parameters was air temperature and wind speed.And improvement measures were also proposed.
