用户时空行为-房间热特性匹配度对住宅能耗的影响

Influence of the Matching Degree of User Spatial-temporal Behavior and Room Thermal Characteristics on Residential Energy Consumption

摘要 不同用户在住宅中的出席和房间使用行为模式存在差异,同一建筑内不同位置房间内部热环境动态波动特征不同,当用户空间需求与低能耗的热舒适环境供给在时空上高度契合时可减少机械制冷制热需求、最大化建筑被动式设计的节能潜力。为了定量描述用户时空行为-房间热特性匹配度对住宅能耗的影响,提出了用户-建筑匹配度概念及其定量化表达方式。基于用户空间占用行为和各房间气候响应特性的差异,设计5种不同行为模式用户和5类不同布局住宅建筑进行交叉实验,得到不同用户-建筑匹配度时住宅的能耗值。交叉实验结果表明,用户匹配度提高37.25%,住宅能耗可降低11.04 kWh/(m^(2)·a),初步验证了用户时空行为与房间热特性的匹配度对住宅能耗的影响。 There are differences in the attendance and room usage behavior patterns of different users in the house,and the dynamic fluctuation of the thermal environment characteristics inside the rooms at different locations in the same building are also different.When the user's space demand and the low-energy thermal comfort environment supply are highly compatible in space and time,the mechanical energy for cooling and heating can be reduced,and the energy saving potential of passive building designs can be maximized.In order to quantitatively describe the influence of user spatial-temporal behavior-room thermal characteristics matching degree on residential energy consumption,the concept of user-building matching degree and its quantitative expression were proposed.Based on the differences in user space occupancy behavior and climate response characteristics of each room,five different behavioral patterns of users and five types of residential buildings with different layouts were designed for crossover experiments to obtain the energy consumption values of residential buildings with different user-buildings matching degrees.The results of the crossover experiments show that the residential energy consumption can be reduced by 11.04 kWh/(m^(2).a)with a 37.25%increase in the user matching degree,which initially verifies the influence of the matching degree of user spatial-temporal behavior and room thermal characteristics on residential energy consumption.
