摘要
介绍了某燃煤热源厂针对锅炉烟气量大、烟气温度高,直接排放造成较大能源浪费的问题,通过设置溴化锂吸收式热泵烟气余热回收系统,用于回收脱硫塔出口的烟气余热,加热供热管网回水温度,同时消除燃煤锅炉白色烟雨。根据热泵系统的运行数据和测算分析,在锅炉实际运行工况下的余热回收率为7.7%,可认为通过烟气余热回收系统提高热源厂的燃煤利用效率约7.7%,项目静态回收期4.85 a,回收烟气余热的节能减排意义重大。
The coal-fired heat source plant faces problems of large volume and high temperature of boiler flue gas,and huge energy waste caused by direct discharge.To solve these problems,this paper built a flue gas waste heat recovery system with a lithium bromide absorption heat pump,and used it to recover flue gas waste heat at the exit of desulfurization tower and heat the return water pipe temperature of heating pipe network,at the same time eliminate the white smoke rain.According to the operation data and calculation analysis of the heat pump system,the recovery rate of waste heat under the actual operation condition of the boiler reached 7.7%,it can be considered that the flue gas waste heat recovery system can improve the coal utilization efficiency of the heat source plant by about 7.7%.The static recovery period of the project is 4.85 years,so it is of great significance to recycle waste heat from flue gas.
