摘要
根据生命周期理论将燃料电池技术发展划分为4个阶段:技术萌芽期(1959—1999年)、技术成长Ⅰ期(2000—2009年)、技术成长Ⅱ期(2010—2015年)和技术成熟期(2016—2022年),并定量分析每一阶段内燃料电池核心技术及企业、国家的竞争优势,从而客观呈现出技术更替和竞争格局演进。另外,由于对企业和国家的创新能力评价的现有研究忽略了专利的价值及其在专利发展网络中的位置和影响,因此该研究基于主路径SPC算法,通过构建“国家-企业-专利”多模网络,将SPC算法遍历计算的专利节点值映射到对应的企业和国家,从专利、企业、国家3个维度对燃料电池的创新态势及三者间的关系进行全面展现。
According to the life cycle theory,the development of fuel cell technology is divided into four stages:technology emerging stage(1959—1999),technology growth I stage(2000—2009),technology growth II stage(2010—2015),and technology maturity stage(2016—2022).The critical technologies of fuel cells and the competitive advantages of enterprises and countries within each stage are quantitatively analyzed to objectively present the evolution of technology and competitive landscape.In addition,since the existing studies on the evaluation of innovation capability of companies and enterprises ignored the value of patents and their position and influence in the patent development network,we combine the SPC(search path counts)algorithm of MPA(main path analysis)and the“country-enterprise-patent”multi-mode network to map the values of patent nodes calculated by SPC to the corresponding enterprises and countries.Therefore,we can provide a comprehensive picture of the innovation situation of fuel cells in three dimensions:patents,enterprises,and countries.
