摘要 为解决现有电动工具同质化严重、产品定位偏向专业人群、无法满足不同用户群体的多元化需求等问题,提出基于因素分析法(Society-Economy-Technology-Cultural,SETC)、模糊层次分析法(Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process,FAHP)及发明问题解决方法TRIZ集成应用进行电动工具设计的方法。采用SETC法挖掘电动工具的创新机会,并通过调研建立电动工具的层次分析模型;采用三角模糊数构建模糊判断矩阵并计算各层级元素的综合权重;将权重值排序靠前的用户需求进行相应的技术方案匹配,采用TRIZ发明原理寻找技术方案中冲突问题的最优解,最终设计出适用于手工爱好者使用的模块化电动工具。通过3种方法的结合,能有效定位用户需求并找到解决措施,明确用户需求与产品功能间的关系,实现电动工具产品的设计创新,为同类产品创新设计提供参考。 In order to solve the problems of serious homogenization of the existing power tools,product positioning in favor of the professional crowd,unable to meet the diversified requirements of different user groups,a design method was proposed based on the integrated application of Society-Economy-Technology-Cultural(SETC),Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process(FAHP)and TRIZ to conduct electric tool products design research.The SETC method was used to explore the opportunity of electric tool products.The hierarchical analysis model of electric tools was established through market research.The fuzzy judgment matrix was conducted using triangular fuzzy numbers to calculate the comprehensive weights of the elements in each layer.The corresponding technical solutions were matched according to the top-ranked user requirements.The TRIZ invention principle was used to find the optimal solution of the conflict problem in the technical solutions,and ultimately design modular electric tools suitable for the handmade enthusiasts.Through the combination of the three methods,the problems could be effectively located and find user requirements.The relationships between user requirements and product functions were defined.The design innovation of electric tools was realized,and this could provide references for the innovative design of similar products.
