基于用户需求导向模型的绿篱机设计

摘要 为提升绿篱机设计过程中需求获取、功能定义、设计实施和方案评价的准确性,提出一种用户需求导向模型,指导绿篱机产品设计。通过访谈法和观察法获取用户需求,采用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)计算各需求权重;结合案例分析法和专利研究法获取绿篱机设计需求;通过质量功能展开(Quality Function Deployment,QFD)质量屋明确重点设计需求;基于公理化设计(Axiomatic Design,AD)获取绿篱机设计参数,根据设计参数设计了一种符合用户功能、使用、造型和安全需求的绿篱机,并采用模糊综合评价法(Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation,FCE)验证设计方案的合理性。结果表明:用户需求导向模型可有效指导绿篱机创新设计,更好地满足用户需求,为未来绿篱修剪设备的研发提供新思路。 To improve the accuracy of requirement acquisition,function definition,design implementation and scheme evaluation in the hedge trimmer design process,a user requirement oriented model was proposed to guide the product design of hedge trimmer.The user requirements were obtained through interview and observation methods.The weight of each requirement was calculated using Analytic Hierarchy Process.Hedge trimmer design requirements were determined in combination with case analysis method and patent research method.The key design requirements were clarified using Quality Function Deployment.The machine design parameters were obtained based on Axiomatic Design.A hedge trimmer was finally designed to meet the user function,use,modeling and safety requirements.Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation was used to verify the reasonableness of the design scheme.The results revealed that user requirement oriented model could effectively guide the innovative design of hedge trimmers,better meet user requirements and provide new ideas for the future development of hedge trimming equipment.
