天山卷耳无性系生长规律及其影响因素分析

摘要 以新疆伊犁退化草甸残遗植物天山卷耳为研究对象,分析了种群空间拓展过程中无性系构件组成、数量特征变化规律及其与环境因素的关系.研究发现:天山卷耳种群生物量分配以根茎最高,平均为78.307%;根茎年龄结构以1 a根茎为主,随着种群向外拓展,根茎总长度以指数形式下降,种子生物量以线性形式下降,但根茎年龄结构相对稳定;根茎总长度和种子生物量随光照强度增加分别呈幂函数和指数函数形式下降,随土壤含水量增加均呈线性函数形式下降;光照强度对地下/地上生物量无显著影响,但是土壤含水量有显著影响;无性繁殖是天山卷耳种群进行空间拓展的主要方式,天山卷耳种群采用的是无性系内、外部空间兼顾的拓展生长策略;光照和土壤水分状况是影响天山卷耳无性系生长的主要因素. In this paper,we used the remnant plant Cerastium tianschanicum from the degraded meadows of Yili,Xinjiang,as the object of study,and we analysed the patterns of change in the composition and number of characters of the asexual lineage components and their relationship with environmental factors during the process of population spatial expansion.The biomass distribution of Cerastium tianschanicum population was highest in the rhizomes,with an average of 78.307%;the age structure of the rhizomes was dominated by 1a rhizomes.With the outward expansion of the population,the total length of the rhizome decreased exponentially and the seed biomass decreased linearly,but the age structure of the rhizome was relatively stable;the total length of the rhizome and the seed biomass decreased as a power function and exponential function respectively with increasing light intensity,and both decreased as a linear function with increasing soil water content;light intensity had no significant effect on below/above ground biomass,but soil water content had a significant effect on below/above ground biomass.Asexual reproduction is the main method of spatial expansion of Cerastium tianschanicum population,and the population uses an expansion strategy that takes into account both the internal and external space of the asexual line.Light and soil moisture conditions were the main factors affecting the growth of asexual lines in Cerastium tianschanicum.
