摘要
兵团精神是中国共产党人精神谱系的重要组成部分,伴随着屯垦戍边事业的发展,其“热爱祖国、无私奉献、艰苦创业、开拓进取”的深刻内涵蕴含着“有理想、敢担当、能吃苦、肯奋斗”的时代新人要求,这既是宝贵的精神财富又是重要的教育资源。文章从历史维度、理论维度和实践维度深刻揭示了兵团精神培育时代新人的重大价值意蕴,提出以加强顶层设计、研究兵团精神和挖掘优势资源为政府抓手,以思政课教学、网络教育和课外实践活动为学校载体,以建设文化基础设施和净化网络空间为社会牵引,以注重家庭家教家风和家校社合作为家庭取向,以“热爱祖国、无私奉献”内化于心和“艰苦创业、开拓进取”外化于行为个人要求的培育路径,对传承和发扬兵团精神,培育担当民族复兴大任的时代新人具有重要意义。
The spirit of the corps is an important component of the spiritual lineage of Chinese Communists.With the development of reclamation and border defense,its profound connotations of“loving China with selfless dedication,hard work,entrepreneurship and pioneering spirit”embody the requirements for new generations to have“ideals,courage,resilience and willingness to strive.”It is a valuable spiritual wealth,and an important educational resource as well.The article,from the dimensions of history,theory and practice,reveals its value of cultivating new generations.It proposes that the governments should strengthen top-level design,study the spirit of the corps and tap into advantageous resources.For schools,the focus should be on ideological teaching,online education,and extracurricular practical activities.The society should emphasize the construction of cultural infrastructure and purify online spaces.Families should pay attention to family education,ethics and collaboration with school and society.The cultivation path involves internalizing“loving China with selfless dedication”in the heart and externalizing“hard work and entrepreneurship,pioneering spirit”in behavior.This approach is of great significance for inheriting and promoting the spirit of the corps and cultivating new generations capable of undertaking the great task of national rejuvenation.
