Party spirit is an inherent attribute of a political party,and the motivations for its existence conform to the cognitive laws of social development.Through the study of cognitive laws and the analysis of several motivations for party spirit education in the new era from the perspective of motivation theory,understanding its intrinsic dialectical relationship and further organizing it can help identify the optimization path for the precision of party spirit education in the new era.
