安阳煤矿煤柱破坏机理及控制技术

摘要 综采工作面区段煤柱作为工作面安全通道的保护煤柱,既是本工作面回风巷道的组成部分,又是下一工作面辅助运输巷道的组成部分,其留设宽度的合理性,既关系着工作面顺槽的安全稳定,又影响着矿井回采率,是制约煤矿安全高效生产的难题之一。区段煤柱留设过大,既造成煤炭资源浪费,又使得区段煤柱上覆顶板在支撑作用下,靠采空区侧上方经常大面积悬顶,部分导水裂隙带也因此不能有效闭合;区段煤柱留设过小,煤柱不能起到支撑载荷的作用,工作面回采过程中顺槽容易发生变形破坏,引起采空区水及有害气体外泄。结合安阳煤矿实际,采用现场调研、理论分析和数值模拟的研究手段,提出合理的煤柱参数与煤帮支护技术,指导现场实际工作。结果对动压巷道围岩的维护、煤炭安全高效的生产和煤炭资源回采率的提高有着重要意义,同时对同类型矿井工作面区段护巷煤柱的合理留设具有一定参考作用。 The coal pillar in the section of the fully mechanized mining face serves as a protective coal pillar for the safety passage of the working face.It is not only a component of the return air roadway of the working face,but also a component of the auxiliary transportation roadway of the next working face.The rationality of its reserved width is not only related to the safety and stability of the working face channel,but also affects the mining recovery rate of the mine.It is one of the difficulties that restrict the safe and efficient production of the coal mine.If the section coal pillar is left too large,it not only causes a waste of coal resources,but also causes the overlying roof of the section coal pillar to hang over a large area near the goaf under the support effect,and some water conducting fracture zones cannot be effectively closed.If the coal pillars in the section are too small,they cannot support the load and during the mining process of the working face,deformation and damage can easily occur along the groove,causing the leakage of water and harmful gases in the goaf.We combine the actual situation of Anyang Coal Mine and adopt research methods such as on-site monitoring,theoretical analysis,and numerical simulation to propose reasonable coal pillar parameters and coal wall support technology in order to guide actual on-site work.The research results of this article are of great significance for the maintenance of the surrounding rock of dynamic pressure tunnels,the safe and efficient production of coal,and the improvement of coal resource recovery rate.At the same time,it has certain guiding significance for the reasonable setting of coal pillars for roadway protection in the similar mine working face sections.
