摘要
针对可可盖煤矿主、副斜井施工及支护问题,基于围岩的弹塑性变形特征及锚网喷支护机理,运用FLAC有限元软件,模拟得到最优支护方案并对现场监测数据进行分析。数值模拟结果显示,随着锚杆长度的增大,井筒表面位移先呈降低趋势,而后基本保持不变;随着锚杆间距的增加,井筒围岩变形量先基本保持不变,随后围岩表面位移明显增大。现场围岩监测结果显示,优化后的支护方案有效的控制了巷道围岩变形,显著提高了支护效果,对巷道敞开式TBM施工技术有实际的指导作用。
Aiming at the construction and support problems of the main and auxiliary inclined shafts in Kekegai Coal Mine,and based on the elastic-plastic deformation characteristics of surrounding rock and the support mechanism of anchor mesh shotcrete,FLAC finite element software is used to simulate the optimal support scheme and analyze the site monitoring data.The numerical simulation results show that with the increase of the length of anchor rod,the displacement of wellbore surface decreases at first,and then basically keeps unchanged.With the increase of bolt spacing,the deformation of surrounding rock in the wellbore remains basically unchanged at first,and then the surface displacement of surrounding rock increases obviously.The field surrounding rock monitoring results show that the optimized support scheme effectively controls the deformation of roadway surrounding rock,significantly improves the support effect,and has a practical guidance role for roadway open-styled TBM construction technology.
