摘要
共同体蕴含情感性与空间性两个基本要素。既有的社区共同体研究较为突出社区认同等情感性要素而忽略其空间性要素,而今天的城市社区作为邻里空间,承载着各种关于空间连接、割裂与冲突的社区记忆,因而有必要把空间性带回社区治理共同体建设中。基于南方G市J小区电梯加装的田野调查表明:电梯加装不只是一个物理空间的生产过程,也是作为社会关系载体的社会空间生产的过程,还是作为精神空间的价值观念的再生产过程。在空间生产理论视角下,要营造好社区治理共同体,就要在强调社区物理空间特征的同时,重视社区作为社会空间在丰富社会联结方式、重构社会关系方面的独特价值。
The concept of community encompasses two fundamental elements:emotionality and spatiality.Current research on community govemance has highlighted emotional aspects such as community identity,while overlooking its spatial elements.However,the present urban community has served as the local space that is filled with memories of spatial connection and conflicts.Therefore,spatiality should be considered when the construction of neighborhood governance community has been studied.A fieldwork research of installing new elevators in the old residential community of G City shows that the installation of new elevators is not only a productive process of physical space,but also a productive process of social space as a carrier of social relations as well as a process of reproduction of values as a form of spiritual space.From the perspective of space production theory,to create a good neighborhood govemance community,the physical spatial characteristics of the community should be emphasized,and the unique value of the community in enriching the way of social connection and reconstructing social relations should also be given attention.
