Analysis of Abandoned Coal Mine Methane Utilization Technology and Policy Suggestions

文章通过研究国内外关闭煤矿瓦斯治理与利用技术和政策现状,分析当前我国关闭煤矿瓦斯治理与利用方面存在的问题与不足,在总结对比发达国家关闭煤矿瓦斯先进经验和鼓励政策的基础上,提出推动我国关闭煤矿瓦斯治理与利用的政策建议。

This paper conducts a study on the current status of abandoned coal mine methane control and utilization technologies and policies both domestically and internationally.It analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings in abandoned coal mine methane control and utilization in China.Based on a summary and comparison with advanced experiences and incentive policies from developed countries regarding abandoned coal mine methane management,the paper puts forward policy recommendations to promote abandoned coal mine methane control and utilization in China.
