老旧小区外墙改造智能喷涂机器人的研发应用分析

Analysis on Research and Application of Intelligent Spraying Robot for Exterior Wall Reconstruction of Old Residential Area

为推进国家“实施城市更新行动”,加快城镇老旧小区的改造,解决改造中外墙喷涂作业“危、繁、脏、重”等问题,工程领域迫切需要发展外墙智能喷涂机器人替代人力施工。本文从工艺、质量、安全、经济、社会等五个方面,论证外墙智能喷涂机器人技术的优势。该技术将在老旧小区改造中发挥积极作用,全面推进建筑业绿色低碳转型,对实现建筑业高质量发展具有重要意义。

In order to promote the national"implementation of urban renewal action",speed up the transformation of old urban communities,and solve the problems of"dangerous,complicated,dirty,heavy"in the transformation of exterior wall spraying operation,the engineering field urgently needs to develop intelligent exterior wall spraying robot instead of human construction.In this paper,the advantages of intelligent spraying robot technology for exterior wall are demonstrated from five aspects:technology,quality,safety,economy and society.Thetechnology will playa positiverole in the renovation of old residential areas,comprehensively promote the green and low-carbon transformation of the construction industry,and is of great significance for achieving high-quality development of the construction industry.
