This paper discusses the value and application of policy documents quantitaive research in the research of archival policies and regulations,aiming to construct an innovative archival policy and regulations analysis system and promote the development of archival undertakings.With literature analysis and policy measurement case study,it can be found that the value of policy documents quantitaive research lies on enhancing analysis depth,expanding analysis object,and extending research horizon.Then,the paper explores basic methods of applying policy quantitative research to the analysis of archival policies and regulations,including construction of the dictionary of archival policies and regulations,data annotation of archival policies and regulations,setting of analysis schemes,etc.,and presents the quantitative analysis of policies and regulations for the digital transformation of archival work as an case.Finally,it proposes construction of archives policy and regulation analysis system to promote the development of archival undertaking including building archives policy and regulation database,dynamically optimize econometric analysis mechanism,and developing a knowledge service platform.
