摘要
潘鲁生一批画于疫情防控期间的作品,没有他以往绘画的民艺元素和设计感,而呈现出新的面貌。作品以湾区风景为题,但“空无一人”的风景却深藏了思想的厚重。轰轰烈烈的产业和物流的繁荣,跟寂静的画面形成了强烈的“反差”,反映出画家的一种沉思,一种对优秀传统文化如何存续的忧思。艺术史表明,风景画从来就不是单纯的“风景”。潘鲁生作品中视觉的装饰性构成了风景叙事的传奇性,从而提示观者从新的角度思考画面所传达的“现实”。这种通过“强化”了的现实的“典型”表现,在今天的现实主义艺术创作里具有新的、独特的价值。写生是潘鲁生绘画的切入点,但他通过“田野调查”强化了写生的意义。田野调查既是他对民俗学、民间文艺在快速发展的当代社会思考的重要的中介物,也是风景画创作的方法。在其作品中,“乡愁”不是感伤,而是一种新时代的“任务”。
During the Covid-19 pandemic,Pan Lusheng created a series of artworks that are different from his previous artworks featuring folk art elements and a sense of design.Though themed landscape of the Greater Bay Area,these paintings convey the artist's profound thoughts through"empty"landscape.Industries and logistics full of vitality are in sharp"contrast"with dull scenery,reflecting the artist's concern for the survival of excellent traditional culture.Art history shows that landscape painting has never been simply about"landscape"In Pan's artworks,a vision of decoration constitutes a legendary landscape narrative,thus encouraging viewers to think about the"reality"conveyed by these paintings from a new perspective.Such kind of"typical"expresion of"strengthened"reality is of new and unique value in today's realist art creation.The meaning of sketching,an entry point for Pan's paintings,has been strengthened by him through"field research",which is not only an important medium for him to think about folklore and folk literature and art in today's rapidly developing society,but also a way of creating landscape paintings.In his works,"nostalgia"is not sentimental,but a"task"in the new era.
