On University Organizational Transformation in Digital Intelligence Age

摘要 数智时代的技术变革推动大学数智化转型,既需要充分激发技术赋能的效应,也应重视规范与强化技术赋能制度创建,形成技术与制度互构。大学数智化转型过程包括四个方面,即组织形态从实体化组织到虚实结合场景重塑、组织结构从条块分割到系统整合构架重组、组织管理从线性规约到并联智能流程再造,以及组织文化从权力管制到权利赋予的理念形塑。 The technological transformation in the era of digital intelligence is driving the transformation of universities towards digital intelligence.It is necessary to fully stimulate the effect of technological empowerment,and also to attach importance to standardizing and strengthening the institutional creation of technological empowerment,forming a mutual structure between technology and institutions.The process of digital transformation in universities includes four aspects,namely,the transformation of organizational form from physical organization to the reshaping of virtual and real integration scenarios,the segmentation of organizational structure from blocks to system integration and restructuring,the transformation of organizational management from linear conventions to parallel intelligent process reengineering,and the shaping of organizational culture from power control to empowerment.
