摘要
针对某省会城市枢纽中心局老旧高低压配电系统中无ATS的现状,提出了利用PLC可编程控制器加继电器方式实现ATS功能的改造方案,控制2台高压及8台低压万能断路器自动分合闸,实现了系统高压侧两路高压市电间及低压侧发电机与市电间的自动转换,节约了人工成本,达到了高低压配电系统智能改造的目的。
In view of the current situation of no ATS in the old high and low voltage distribution system in the central office of a provincial capital city hub,this paper puts forward a transformation scheme that uses PLC programmable control microprocessor to re⁃place ATS and control 2 high voltage and 8 low voltage universal circuit breakers,realizing the automatic conversion between the two high voltage mains on the high voltage side of the system and between the generator and the mains on the low voltage side,saving the la⁃bor cost.It achieves the purpose of intelligent transformation of high and low voltage distribution system.
