Research on risk management of EPC project for communication room HVAC system

风险管理在项目管理中有着重要的地位,随着全球经济快速发展和我国工程建设的不断繁荣,工程项目风险管理的研究逐渐成为一个热门研究方向。针对项目设计、采购及施工整个过程的EPC模式,分析了EPC工程总承包项目风险因素,结合通信机房暖通系统EPC工程项目风险管理实践,建立了风险分析评价模型,探究了EPC项目风险管理要点和风险应对措施。

Risk management has an important position in project management,and with the rapid development of the global econ⁃omy and the continuous prosperity of China′s engineering construction,the study of risk management in engineering projects has gradu⁃ally become a popular research direction.Aiming at the EPC mode of the whole process of project design,procurement and construc⁃tion,we analyzed the risk factors of EPC general contracting project,combined with the risk management practice of the EPC project of communication room HVAC system,established a risk analysis and evaluation model,and explored the key points of risk management and risk response measures of EPC project.
