We need to base on the historical continuity of the long history of Chinese civilization,explore the cultural foundations of China's traditional knowledge system,China's modern knowledge system and China's contemporary knowledge system,and form a value orientation towards Chinese-style modernization and a human community with a shared future.On this basis,in order to construct China's independent knowledge system,promote the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,and build modern Chinese civilization,we need to strengthen the cultural foundation for the construction of independent knowledge system,with Marxism as the fundamental guideline and principle,with the combination of Marxism with China's realities and with China's excellent traditional culture as the fundamental way,and with the creative transformation and innovative development of China's excellent traditional culture as the practical way.
