摘要
页岩气水力压裂开发给地面集输管线带来严重的腐蚀安全风险,尚不明确多因素腐蚀介质对碳钢管线腐蚀的影响规律。通过高温高压浸泡试验及腐蚀形貌观察考察了沉砂、CO_(2)、SRB等多因素对L360N碳钢腐蚀行为的影响规律。研究结果表明:SRB生物膜与沉砂可以降低碳钢均匀腐蚀速率,但增加了碳钢的局部腐蚀速率,两者具有协同作用;CO_(2)溶解分子传递过程和金属界面微环境受沉砂影响较小。另外,沉砂对药剂的缓蚀杀菌作用影响不大,缓蚀剂和杀菌剂可以作为页岩气地面集输管线的防护措施广泛使用。
The hydraulic fracturing development of shale gas brings serious corrosion risks to gathering and transportation pipelines on the ground,but the influence of multi-factor corrosive medium on carbon steel is still unclear.In this work,the combined influence of sand,CO_(2) and SRB on the corrosion behavior of L360N carbon steel was studied through immersion experiment with high temperature and high pressure and microscopic morphology observation.The results show that the synergistic effect of SRB biofilm and sand can decrease the general corrosion rate of carbon steel and increase the local corrosion rate of carbon steel.The sand has little effect on the ion transportation of dissolved carbon dioxide and the interfacial microenvironment between carbon steel and solution.Besides,the sand has little effect on the function of corrosion inhibitors and fungicides,therefore the corrosion inhibitors and fungicides can be widely used as a protective measure of pipelines in shale gas.
