Research and Application of Energy Measurement Instrument Allocation Scheme for Railway Stations

铁路客站能源计量器具配备应以《用能单位能源计量器具配备和管理通则》(GB17167—2006)为主要依据,结合铁路企业能源统计、节能管理工作要求和铁路客站能源消耗特点,对能耗量实现分类、分区、分用途计量,对主要耗能设备和可再生能源单独设置计量器具,计量精度应达到标准要求。设置能耗在线监测系统的铁路客站,能源计量器具应具有数据远传功能,并满足统一的数据传输技术条件。

The allocation of energy measuring instruments in railway stations should be based on the General principle for equipping and managing of the measuring instrument of energy in organization of energy using(GB 17167—2006),combined with the requirements of energy statistics and energy-saving management of railway enterprises and the characteristics of energy consumption in railway stations.Energy consumption should be classified,partitioned,and measured for different purposes.Measurement instruments should be set separately for main energy consuming equipment and renewable energy,and the measurement accuracy should meet the standard requirements.Railway stations with energy consumption online monitoring systems should have energy metering instruments with remote data transmission function and meet unified data transmission technical conditions.
