为切实做好职业健康工作,分析重载机车检修过程中存在的主要职业危害因素,开发了适合机车电气屏柜、牵引电机及辅助机组等配件除尘作业的重载机车配件智能除尘设备,在阐述设备组成及特点、工作原理和主要功能的基础上,从减少接害作业及污染、降低职业噪声危害、提升工作效率等方面说明了除尘设备的应用效果,以期为同类作业提供参考。

In order to do effectively in occupational health work and analyze the main occupational hazard factors existing in the inspection and repair of heavy-duty locomotives,an intelligent dust removal equipment for heavy-duty locomotive accessories is developed,which is suitable for dust removal of locomotive electrical panel cabinets,traction motors and auxiliary units.On the basis of expounding the composition,characteristics,working principle and main functions of the equipment,the application effect of the dust removal equipment is explained from the aspects of reducing exposure and pollution,reducing occupational noise hazards and improving working efficiency,so as to provide reference for other similar operations.
