利用数字化技术构建新型财务管理体系,解决财务管理中的资金安全存在盲区、资金管理信息缺乏交互、资金处理效率低、资金配置失效等问题。该研究以某大型企业集团为例,把数字化技术和财务管理融合起来,实施集团级财务资金智慧管控,探索精细化管理、科学化决策和有效防控风险相平衡的管理体系,满足集团对资金风控管控和优化资金配置效果的新要求。这一系列实践有效拓展了财务资金智慧管理面向高效协同和敏捷运营的数据服务能力,为大型企业实施财务资金智慧管理和财务数字化转型提供借鉴。

Using digital technology to build a new financial management system to solve the problems of financial management,such as blind spot,a lack of mutual information,low efficiency of capital treatment,and ineffective capital allocation.This research takes a large-scale enterprise as anexample,integrates digital technology and financial management,and implements intelligent management and control of financial funds at the group level,explores the fine management,scientific decision-making and effective risk prevention and control so as to balance management system to meet the group’snew requirements of capital risk control and optimizing the capital allocation.Thesesequential practices effectively expand the financial intelligence management for efficient and agile operation of data services,which provides a good reference for large-scale enterprises to carry out financial fund intelligent management and financial digitization transformation.
