摘要
高中数学学习中常出现习得性无助感,即个人在多次学习挫折和失败后,面对学习问题时产生的丧失信心、自暴自弃的心理状态。在学习开始之前就感到泄气,对成功不抱有期待,甚至认为自己注定失败。这种心理状态的形成与学习难度逐渐加大、学生基础知识薄弱、学习方法不当以及在面对失败时错误地归因有关。为了应对这一现象,需要采取的对策:教师应加强对学生学习方法的指导,及时进行心理疏导,培养正确的归因方式,帮助学生建立学习自信,创造成功体验的机会,提升自我效能感;同时,合理利用教师的期望,提高学习动机,并采取有效的家庭教育,增强学生的自信心。
The sense of acquired helplessness often appears in senior high mathematics learning,that is,the psychological state of losing confidence and self-abnegation in face of learning problems after many setbacks and failures.This happens before learning begins,feeling discouraged with no expectations of success,some even think that they are doomed to failure.The formation of this state of mind is related to the increasing difficulty in learning,students’poor basic knowledge,improper learning methods and wrong attribution in the face of failure.In order to deal with this phenomenon,teachers should strengthen the guidance of students’learning methods,give psychological guidance in time,cultivate correct attributional habits,and help students to establish self-confidence in learning.At the same time,we should make good use of teachers’expectations to enhance students'learning motivation,and take effective child discipline to enhance students’self-confidence.
