通过探究焦炉上升管余热回收投用前后以及余热回收投用期间上升管发生堵塞时上升管表面温度变化情况,自主开发上升管蒸发器自动温度监控预警系统,为焦炉上升管余热回收系统高效运行提供保证。

This article explores the temperature changes on the surface of the coke oven riser before and after the use of waste heat recovery,as well as when the riser is blocked during the use of residual heat recovery.It independ-ently develops an automatic temperature monitoring and warning system for the riser evaporator,providing assur-ance for the efficient operation of the coke oven riser residual heat recovery system.
