摘要
本文针对型钢长材生产过程中设备自动化老旧等问题,在设备方面应用机器视觉与机器人技术提高了生产过程自动化水平,在控制系统方面对各区域的L1软件,功能、接口等进行适应性改造,构建了L2过程的物料信息获取、整理、传递过程,建立了视图传输网络构架。实现了长材轧钢过程的“少人化”“无人化”“集控化”“智慧化”目标,提升了产线智能制造水平,提高了钢厂的工作效率、协同效率和专业管理效率。
In view of the problems of old equipment automation in the production process of section steel long products,this paper applies machine vision and robotics technology to improve the automation level of the produc-tion process,adapts the L1 software,functions and interfaces in each region in the control system,constructs the material information acquisition,sorting and transmission process of the L2 process,and establishes the view trans-mission network architecture.It has achieved the goals of"less manpower","unmanned","centralized control"and"intelligence"in the long product rolling process,improved the level of intelligent manufacturing of the production line,and improved the work fficiency,collaborative eficiency and professional management efficiency of the steel mill.
