Study on Problems and Countermeasures of Confidential Work of Universities in the New Era

高校是国家安全教育的主阵地。做好高校保密工作对于维护国家安全稳定和高校职能发挥都具有举足轻重的作用。新时代高校保密工作存在一些不足,主要体现在:源头上抓得不够严、过程中管得不到位、结果上评得有偏颇。做好新时代高校保密工作需要在源头上“严”抓队伍,落“实”制度;过程上“严”抓管理,理“实”关系;结果上“严”抓考评,做“实”成效。

Universities are the main battlefield of national security education.University confidential work plays an important role in maintaining national security and stability,as well as exerting the functions of universities.However,there are still some deficiencies in the confidential work of universities in the new era,which are mainly reflected in the following aspects:insufficient source control,inadequate process management and imperfect evalua-tion system.Confidential work of universities in the new era needs to strictly strengthen the team construction at the source and implement a solid system;Strictly manage the process and sort out the relationship;Strictly execute the evaluation system and improve practical efficiency.
