Study on Countermeasures to Optimize the Legal Protection of Business Environment in Maanshan City

法治化营商环境是高质量发展的必然要求。如何在法治轨道上开展优化营商环境工作,是马鞍山市参与营商环境竞争中需思考的课题。本文旨在研究马鞍山市优化营商环境法治保障的对策,以推动经济高质量发展。通过实地参观、召开座谈会等方法,首先,针对我市法治化营商环境的现状进行剖析,结合数据总结实践成就;接下来,归纳分析我市优化法治化营商环境工作中存在的主要问题;最后,针对性地提出对策建议。

A law-based business environment is an inevitable requirement for high quality development.How to optimize the business environment on the track of the rule of law is a topic that Maanshan City needs to think about when participating in the business environment competition.The purpose of this paper is to study the countermeas-ures of optimizing the legal protection of business environment in Manshan City to promote high-quality economic devel-opment.Through field visits,symposiums and other methods,firstly,analyze the current situation of the legalized business environment in our city,and summarize practical achievements by combining data;Next,summarize and analyze the main problems existing in the work of optimizing the law based business environment in our city;Finally,from the aspects of legislation,law enforcement and so on,put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
